이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 주식회사 유피츠(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 moonpeek 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스 설명)

  1. 본 서비스는 두 대의 스마트폰을 이용하여 가정 내 자녀 모니터링을 목적으로 실시간 영상·음성을 P2P 방식으로 송수신하는 베이비캠 앱입니다.
  2. 영상 및 음성 데이터는 기기 간 직접 전송되며, 회사 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
  3. 서비스는 송신(카메라) 기능과 수신(모니터) 기능으로 구분됩니다.

제3조 (이용자의 의무)

  1. 합법적 목적: 본 서비스는 자녀 또는 가정 모니터링 목적으로만 사용하여야 합니다.
  2. 불법 촬영 금지: 타인의 동의 없이 촬영·도청하는 행위에 본 서비스를 사용하여서는 안 됩니다.
  3. 법령 준수: 서비스 이용 시 해당 국가의 개인정보보호법, 통신비밀보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하여야 합니다.
  4. 계정 관리: QR 코드 및 접근 토큰을 제3자에게 공유하지 않도록 주의하여야 합니다.
  5. 안전 주의: 본 서비스는 전문 의료기기 또는 보안 장비를 대체할 수 없으며, 아기의 안전을 위해 서비스에만 의존하여서는 안 됩니다.

제4조 (금지행위)

  1. 타인의 사생활을 침해하는 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
  2. 서비스를 역설계, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블하는 행위
  3. 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위
  4. 서비스를 불법 감시·도청 용도로 사용하는 행위
  5. 타인의 기기에 무단으로 서비스를 설치하여 모니터링하는 행위

제5조 (유료 서비스)

  1. 서비스의 기본 기능은 무료로 제공됩니다.
  2. 프리미엄 기능은 유료 이용권 구매를 통해 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 이용권의 종류 및 가격은 앱 내 결제 화면에서 확인할 수 있으며, 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.
  4. 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리됩니다.
  5. 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.

제6조 (이용권 종류)

제7조 (프라이버시)

  1. 영상·음성 데이터는 WebRTC DTLS-SRTP 프로토콜로 종단 간 암호화됩니다.
  2. 회사는 영상·음성 데이터에 접근할 수 없으며, 이를 저장하지 않습니다.
  3. 개인정보 처리에 관한 자세한 사항은 「개인정보처리방침」을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

제8조 (면책조항)

  1. 회사는 P2P 연결 품질으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  2. 본 서비스는 전문 의료기기나 보안 장비를 대체하지 않습니다.
  3. 이용자가 서비스를 불법적 목적으로 사용하여 발생한 법적 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
  4. 사용자가 직접 캡쳐·녹화한 영상·사진의 관리 및 유출에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
  5. 천재지변 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.

제9조 (약관 변경)

변경 시 시행일 7일 전에 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다. 변경된 약관 시행 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

제10조 (준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of moonpeek ("Service") provided by UFITS Co., Ltd. ("Company").

Article 2. Service Description

  1. The Service is a baby camera app that transmits real-time video and audio via P2P between two smartphones for in-home child monitoring purposes.
  2. Video and audio data are transmitted directly between devices and are not stored on Company servers.
  3. The Service consists of Sender (Camera) and Receiver (Monitor) functions.

Article 3. User Obligations

  1. Lawful use only: The Service must be used solely for monitoring your own children or home.
  2. No illegal surveillance: You must not use the Service to record or eavesdrop on others without their consent.
  3. Legal compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  4. Credential security: Keep QR codes and access tokens secure.
  5. Safety notice: The Service does not replace professional medical devices or security equipment.

Article 4. Prohibited Activities

  1. Using the Service to infringe on others' privacy
  2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  3. Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
  4. Using the Service for illegal surveillance or wiretapping
  5. Installing the Service on others' devices without authorization

Article 5. Paid Services

  1. Basic features are available for free.
  2. Premium features require purchasing a pass.
  3. Pass types and pricing are displayed in the in-app payment screen and may change with prior notice.
  4. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  5. Refunds are subject to each store's refund policy.

Article 7. Privacy

  1. Video and audio are end-to-end encrypted using WebRTC DTLS-SRTP.
  2. The Company cannot access and does not store video or audio data.

Article 8. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by network conditions.
  2. This Service does not replace professional medical devices or security equipment.
  3. Users are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from illegal use.
  4. Users are responsible for managing any screenshots or recordings they create.
  5. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

Changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

第1条（目的）

本利用規約は、株式会社ユフィッツ（以下「当社」）が提供するmoonpeek（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。

第2条（サービス説明）

  1. 本サービスは、2台のスマートフォンを用いて家庭内の子ども見守りを目的に、リアルタイム映像・音声をP2P方式で送受信するベビーカメラアプリです。
  2. 映像・音声データは端末間で直接送信され、当社サーバーに保存されません。
  3. 本サービスは送信（カメラ）機能と受信（モニター）機能で構成されます。

第3条（利用者の義務）

  1. 合法的目的: 子ども・家庭の見守り目的でのみ使用してください。
  2. 違法撮影禁止: 他者の同意なく撮影・盗聴する目的で使用してはなりません。
  3. 法令遵守: 利用国の関連法令を遵守してください。
  4. 認証情報管理: QRコード・アクセストークンを第三者に共有しないでください。
  5. 安全注意: 本サービスは専門医療機器やセキュリティ機器の代替ではありません。

第4条（禁止事項）

  1. 他者のプライバシーを侵害する目的での利用
  2. サービスのリバースエンジニアリング
  3. サービスの安定運営を妨害する行為
  4. 違法な監視・盗聴目的での使用
  5. 他者の端末に無断でサービスをインストールする行為

第5条（有料サービス）

  1. 基本機能は無料で提供されます。
  2. プレミアム機能は利用券の購入が必要です。
  3. 利用券の種類・価格はアプリ内で確認でき、事前告知により変更される場合があります。

第6条（利用券の種類）

第7条（プライバシー）

第8条（免責事項）

  1. ネットワーク状況によるサービス中断について当社は責任を負いません。
  2. 本サービスは専門医療機器やセキュリティ機器の代替ではありません。
  3. 違法目的での使用による法的責任は利用者に帰属します。
  4. ユーザーが撮影・録画したファイルの管理責任は利用者にあります。

第9条（準拠法）

本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。
